The RNJ Series rack and panel connectors are used to connect electrical and optical devices between a moving unit (rack) and a fixed unit (panel), without any coupling/uncoupling System.
Due to their particular realignment capability, these connectors integrate the design tolerances between the moving and the fixed unit, up to the following limits:
± 1mm X and Y axial alignment
± 6° angular alignment and
± 0.5mm longitudinal alignment.
Derived from the LJT series, RNJ meet or exceed the MIL-DTL-38999 Series 1 requirements. 8 shell sizes are available, allowing up to 50 difterent insert pattern including signal (up t0 128 cts), coax, twinax, power (up to 500 Amps) contacts with different terminations & optical termini.
The light weight space saving design allows also shielding and seating effectiveness, as weIl as a large choice of standard rear accessories.
