Amphenol Air LB quick connection modules are designed to
guarantee high reliability even in the most harsh environmental conditions.
Their compact size complies with high density cable
requirement and offer great flexibility in rail mounting options.
Amphenol Air LB modules require a minimum of tools to install.
They are available in sealed and unsealed versions for standardized
contacts sizes 22, 20, 16, and 12 (AWG 26 to 12) in a wide range of
contact arrangements. A special size 10 contact (AWG 10-8) has
been recently added to the range.
The modules consist of a thermoplastic shell fitted with female contacts,
inserted retention springs and a fluorinated silicone tripple seal
barrier .
IT SHOULD BE NOTED THAT AIR LB USES A PATENTED
MOULDING PROCESS TO ENSURE THE RELIABILITY OF THE
SEAL
Alphabetical references on module identify contact connections. Contact
arrangements are indicated by a white line representing internal
electric circuit and each module has a tag carrier for easy identification.
Amphenol Air LB modules are rail mounted which allows many
contact and size combinations. The advantage of 1750 series is that
modules may be inserted or extracted on part of the rail or on the
whole rail without any further handling. |
