Quality Policy

The high quality standard of our products is the basis for the economic maintenance of our company, for competitive capacity and constant expansion of market share.
For us, quality means to optimally meet our customer's desires and requirements and to even exceed them, if possible.

This is why the quality policy of our company is integral part of strategic company planning. The main focus is successful and long-term cooperation with our customers. Maintaining the high quality standard of our products for aerospace and industry, defence technology and traffic is an important criterion for the customer's purchase decision and significantly contributes to our success in the market. Trouble-free organisation and the application of the quality management system establish the required framework for this purpose.

For our quality policy, we are committed to the following company guidelines:

-	Continuous improvement of the products in order to meet the requirements of our customers
-	Quality starts with contract review and ends with an organised and customer-oriented after-sales service
-	Cooperation with our sub-suppliers in the spirit of partnership to increase product quality

The management appoints the Head of Quality Assurance as Quality Officer, who will ensure establishment, development and maintenance of the quality management system according to DIN ISO 9001:2000. By applying the measures of quality management in their range of responsibility, all employees contribute to achieve the satisfaction of our customers and thus to ensure the constant success of our company.
