Information on the processing of personal data (Art. 13 GDPR)

2. Collection and storage of personal data as well as type and purpose of their use

We collect the following personal data:
Title, first name, last name, email address, postal address, telephone numbers
Information we need to process your request.


Data is collected

for identification and correspondence purposes, the provision of appropriate information and advice,
order processing,
invoicing,
settlement of any possible liability claims, and for the assertion of any claims. For distribution of our newsletter with separate consent


Data is processed following your request, and is required under Art. 6.1.1. b GDPR pursuant to the above purposes for appropriate processing of your request and for mutual fulfillment of obligations arising from the contract.
The personal data collected is deleted when it is no longer necessary for the purposes it was collected or otherwise processed for, unless we are required to store it longer under 6.1.1. c GDPR due to retention and documentation requirements in tax or commercial law, or if you have consented to further retention under 6.1.1. a GDPR.

3. Disclosure of data to third parties

Your personal data will not be transmitted to third parties for purposes other than those listed below.
Your data will be transmitted to third parties if, in accordance with 6.1.1. b GDPR, it is required for the settlement of contractual relationships with you.

4. Rights of data subjects

You have the right:

in accordance with Art. 7.3 GDPR, to revoke the consent you have provided to us at any time.
If consent is revoked, we are no longer permitted to process the data based on that consent in the future;
in accordance with Art. 15 GDPR, to request information about your personal data processed by us.
In particular, you have the right to request information about the purposes of processing; the category of personal data; the categories of recipients to whom your data has been or will be disclosed; the planned retention period; the existence of a right to rectification, deletion, restriction of processing or objection; the existence of a right of appeal; the origin of your data when it was not collected by us, and about any automated decision-making, including profiling, and, if necessary, meaningful information about their details;

in accordance with Art. 16 GDPR, to immediately request the completion of or the correction of incorrect personal data stored by us;
in accordance with Art. 17 GDPR, to demand the deletion of your personal data stored by us, unless the processing is required for exercising the right to freedom of expression and information, for fulfilling a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or for assertion, exercising or advocacy of legal claims;
in accordance with Art. 18 GDPR, to demand the restriction of processing of your personal data, if the accuracy of the data is disputed by you, the processing is unlawful, if you reject its deletion and we no longer need the data yet it is necessary for you to assert, exercise or defend legal claims, or you have objected to processing in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR;
in accordance with Art. 20 GDPR, to receive the personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, or to request its transfer to another responsible person and,
in accordance with Article 77 GDPR, to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

For this purpose you may contact the supervisory authority of your usual place of residence, workplace, or our company headquarters.

5. Right to object

If your personal data is processed on the basis of legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6.1.1 f GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR, provided that there are reasons for this arising from your particular situation.
